Currently serving as the Head – HR & IR at Genus Paper & Boards Ltd., I lead strategic HR initiatives focused on talent development, industrial harmony, policy formulation, and organizational effectiveness.

Throughout my career, I’ve consistently built high-performance teams, streamlined HR systems, and strengthened employee relations through proactive engagement and compliance with labor laws.
