Currently, serves as Principal Consultant at Samvid Search, where I leads leadership and CXO-level hiring, managing key accounts, stakeholder relationships, and talent management. My expertise spans various functions such as HR, finance, IT, sales, and marketing, with significant experience in industries like electric mobility, FMCG/CD/CE, Paint, Chemical , Building Material etc. Previously, I held leadership roles in talent acquisition and headhunting at organizations like Genesis Manpower ,People Infinia and Rozgar Jobs, focusing on hiring for roles such as CMO, CFO, HR Head,IT Head and heads of various departments.
