Hello, I’m Suriya Prakash, an HR Professional currently working at Schopiq Automation, and also offering part-time HR consultancy services through Appikorn Software Consultancy Services, based in Pondicherry.

I hold an MBA in Human Resource Management and Finance from Sri Venkateshwaraa College of Engineering and Technology, where I developed a strong foundation in modern HR practices and strategic management.

With hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, policy formulation, and compliance management, I actively contribute to building a structured, legally compliant, and employee-focused work environment. I have also been instrumental in designing and implementing HR policies that align with organizational goals and legal standards.

During my academic and professional journey, I have explored the theme “Enhancing Organizational Excellence: Innovations in Performance Management Practices”, which also formed the core of my MBA project. I continuously strive to integrate innovative, data-driven approaches into performance management systems to drive productivity and employee engagement.

I am proficient in Advanced Excel and Power BI, which support my ability to interpret HR data effectively and provide actionable insights. Additionally, I’ve contributed as a Soft Skills Trainer, conducting training programs to develop communication and interview skills among students.

I am passionate about enhancing workplace culture, driving HR innovation, and ensuring policy compliance—all while supporting sustainable organizational growth.
