Recognizing that employee well-being extends beyond conventional HR practices, Dr. VinayaKumar pioneered the introduction of sanitary pad availability at real estate project site offices—an initiative implemented well before workplace menstrual hygiene became a mainstream corporate priority. By ensuring access to menstrual hygiene products at remote construction locations, he promoted dignity, inclusivity, and the well-being of women employees and visitors, establishing a progressive benchmark for welfare practices in the construction industry.
