I am Muskan, As an MBA candidate specializing in Human Resources and Marketing, I am driven by a deep commitment to applying interdisciplinar y knowledge to real-world challenges. My academic background in Commerce, along with certifications in Financial Accounting and Women Entrepreneurship, h as laid a strong foundation in understanding complex economic and social systems. I am particularly drawn to the National Human Rights Commission's Short-T erm Internship Programme due to its unique intersection of governance, policy, and societal impact. My hands-on experience an intern in HR and Social Wor k, combined with volunteer engagements in job consultancy and non-profit initiatives, has refined my organizational, communication, and leadership skills. I hav e also led teams under the National Service Scheme for two years, which enhanced my understanding of grassroots issues and public service. My exposure to Psychological Testing, the Gandhian model, and NGO management further supports a holistic view of human development and rights advocacy. In a world where economic growth must align with ethical governance and social justice, I aspire to bridge financial systems with human rights frameworks. This internship will p rovide invaluable insights into policy-making, institutional frameworks, and the operational functioning of a leading human rights body. I am eager to contribute meaningfully to the NHRC while gaining the exposure necessary to support future initiatives that align sustainable development with the protection and promoti on of human dignity.
