I’ve over 15 years of diverse experience, with initial 13 years in Human Resources. Subsequently I took on broader responsibilities involving Internal Controls, Process Excellence, Internal Audit and Corporate Communications, reporting to the MD of National Highways Infra Trust. So while my core expertise lies in Human Resource Management and People Strategy, i consistently operate beyond functional silos.
