I am Jasmine Priyadharshini, currently pursuing my Master of Social Work (MSW) at SDNB Vaishnav College for Women with a specialization in Human Resource Management. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Madras Christian College, where I graduated with distinction.

I am passionate about understanding human behavior, workplace well-being, and organizational development. As part of my academic journey, I have completed internships in both counseling and HR-related settings, including fieldwork at Aware India. My interests lie in employee engagement, training and development, and HR policy implementation.

I look forward to learning, networking, and growing through HR Sangam’s platform and gaining real-world insights into the HR profession.
