HR Sangam Verified Tick Mark Policy

To maintain the integrity and authenticity of our community, HR Sangam issues a Verified Tick Mark to eligible members who meet the following criteria:

Eligibility

The Verified Tick is available to:

• HR Professionals (actively working in the HR domain)
• Students (currently pursuing HR-related education)

Verification Requirements

To apply for verification, members must:

1. Complete Profile Information
   Ensure all fields are filled, including:
   • Full Name
   • Designation or Course
   • Organization or College Name
   • Contact Information
2. Upload a Profile Photograph
3. Provide LinkedIn Profile Link
4. Submit Proof of Work or Study
   • HR Professionals: Upload any one of the following:
     • Offer Letter (with visible name and company name)
     • Official Company ID Card
     • Bonafide Letter from Employer
   • Students: Upload a valid College ID Card
5. Click “Submit for Verification” after uploading all required information and documents.

Verification Process

• Our team will verify the details within 7 working days.
• If approved, a Verified Tick Mark will appear on your profile.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Not all applications will be accepted — verification is subject to review and discretion based on the provided information.
• The Verified Tick Mark may be removed at any time if a member is found to be in violation of our policies or provides misleading/false information.
